Necar Zadegan is a German actor who was born on the 20th of July 1982. She was born in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She holds German citizenship, and then later gained American citizenship. Necar gained fame for her role in the show after she was awarded the role of first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action series. She was in one episode of the Lost and The Shield TV series in 2008 and then played Caroline for two more episodes in The Floored and Lifted TV series in 2009.
